Creative Strategist for a DTC Shark Tank Brand
Worldwide
Website: https://pepperpong.com/ We sell a game called Pepper Pong. Ping pong with foam balls that plays on any surface, so a kid can beat an adult and your grandmother can beat you. We went on Shark Tank and got a deal. What we need Someone to own our creative testing on Meta. The ideas, the copy, and getting them made. Right now that job is spread across too many people and nobody owns the loop end to end. We want one person who decides what we test, writes it, briefs it, and then tells us what we learned. What you'd own Research. Every week, who we're talking to and what they actually want. The real desire underneath: feeling like a good parent, getting the family off their phones, being the person who brings the fun. Then go find what's working on TikTok, Reels and Shorts and bring back the hooks worth stealing. The concepts. Angles, hooks, CTAs. You write them. The briefs. Whatever gets an editor from your idea to a finished ad without a meeting. Visual, specific, unambiguous. The editors. Weekly syncs, feedback on cuts, review before anything goes live. The loop. Ship the tests, read the numbers, write down what you learned, and let that decide next week. What you'd have About 90% of what we run is video, and we're not short of raw material. Our creators produce thousands of videos a month. You would not be sourcing footage, you'd be deciding what to do with it. We're an AI-native team and we've built our own tooling for producing ads. You'd have that, plus editors, plus a designer for statics, plus "10 full-time creators". The numbers you'd own - Concepts launched - Hit rate. What share of them turn into winners - Number of winners - How much of our ad spend your winners are holding We'd want 10 to 15 concepts a week and better than one in five winning. Who we're looking for You've done this for a DTC brand and can point at ads you concepted that won. You can write. Hooks, angles, ad copy. You use AI tools daily. You're an individual, not an agency. If you're building your own agency and want us as a client, that's fine, as long as you're the one doing the work. How to apply Don't write a cover letter. We won't read it. Send us a Loom, 5 minutes or less: Walk us through one ad you concepted, from the idea to the result. Where did the idea come from, what did you brief, and what happened? Everyone who sends a Loom gets a reply.
