Social Media Marketer – Acquire UK Graduate Candidates (Creative Industries Focus)

I’m looking for a cost-conscious social media marketer to help me acquire graduate candidates for my platform. Goal: Get at least 100 UK-based graduates to sign up and record a short video pitch on the platform. Higher numbers are welcome if costs stay reasonable. Target Audience: Graduates and recent graduates currently seeking jobs in the UK Strong preference for candidates interested in creative industries (marketing, design, media, content, advertising, etc.) What You’ll Be Responsible For: Designing the full campaign strategy Creating the content/ads Running and optimising the campaigns across relevant social platforms Driving actual sign-ups and completed video pitches (not just clicks or followers) Reporting on results clearly Requirements: Proven experience running social media campaigns that convert (not just engagement) Experience marketing to UK graduates or students is a big plus Strong understanding of cost-effective channels and creative testing Ability to work independently and move quickly Must be budget-conscious To Apply, Please Include: Examples of previous campaigns you’ve run (especially any related to student/graduate acquisition or creative industries) Rough approach you would take for this project How you typically structure pricing (hourly, fixed, or performance-based) Estimated cost range to acquire ~100 quality graduate candidates
