Summary

We're looking for a full time creative strategist for our ecommerce personalized jewelry brand (USA based) Someone to manage end to end creative strategy and production for the brand. Essentially seeing everything through from idea to upload and analysis. You'll have a budget for creators and a team to help with B-roll etc. Apply with I am your creative strategist at the start of your application Happy for you to use AI tools etc - important that you are versed in AI tools for creative production especially voiceovers etc. We have a tonne of paid internal tools for you to use. Goal would be to find profitable ads that can scale. You'll have full access to ad account Solid hourly rate + performance bonus on winning ads. You'll work with a team with experience spending millions of dollars on meta ads. Our competitors include Mint and Lily, Oak and Luna, Made by Mary etc. Bonus points if you apply with actual ads you would create for us based on competitors above.
