Creative Strategist for Meta Ads (DTC E-Commerce Brand)

I'm looking for an allstar creative strategist for my e-commerce brand in the home and kitchen space. My main product is a premium eco-friendly food storage product. My main target audience is women 35+, and I need someone who can research, script, and produce video ads that convert this demographic at scale. To help you hit the ground running, I can provide: - My current winning ads and top-performing hooks/angles - Customer reviews and testimonials - Competitor ad examples and positioning - Customer research/audience insights (who's buying, why, what objections they have) Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ads built around strong hooks and clear angles (not generic product showcases) - Edit and produce short-form video ads (15–60 sec) optimized for Facebook and Instagram - Develop new creative angles and test them against my current best-performing themes — primarily product demo-style ads, so strong product storytelling and demo pacing matter - Explore new formats and angles beyond what's currently working (UGC, animated/motion graphics, etc.) to diversify creative mix Requirements: - Proven experience creating high-performing video ads for e-commerce/DTC brands (please share ROAS, CTR, or conversion data — view counts alone won't tell us much) - Strong hook-writing and storytelling instincts tailored to women 35+ - Skilled at product demo-style ads — knowing how to frame a product's use case/benefit in a way that grabs attention fast and holds it - Deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad trends and best practices - Comfortable using performance data to iterate on creative — this is an ongoing testing relationship, not a one-off delivery - Experience with AI image and video generation tools (Nano Banana, Kling, Higgsfield) for rapid testing To apply, please include: - 2–3 examples of video ads you've created for e-commerce/DTC brands, with performance data I am a quality over quantity kind of guy. I would much rather one killer ad vs 3 mediocre ones. I'm also open to hourly + performance based pay. So the more winners you create, the more money you can make.
