Creative Strategist for Paid Ads Agency

We are Digital Time Savers, a full-service marketing agency built around Empathy and High-EQ. We run paid ads, email, web, and social for our clients, and we act as a proactive marketing partner, not just a vendor. We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands paid ad creative, customer psychology, and performance marketing. This is not a general marketing role. Your main focus will be creating strong creative angles for Meta and Google ads, turning them into clear briefs, and improving them based on performance data. You will be embedded in a small set of client accounts. You will be expected to learn each account deeply: the product, the offer, the brand, the customer, the competitors, and what makes that customer buy. From that understanding, you will create the angles, hooks, and concepts that our media buyers, designers, and video editors turn into live ads. What you will own: * Learn each assigned account inside out, including product, offer, brand voice, audience, competitors, and buying triggers * Develop creative angles and hooks for Meta and Google ads that are built to perform, not just look nice * Write clear, complete creative briefs that a designer or video editor can execute without guessing * Present briefs to clients when needed and represent the agency professionally * Run our weekly creative meeting, come prepared, lead the discussion, and help decide what to test next * Review ad performance with the team and use it to improve the next round of creative What we need from you: * Experience developing creative concepts for Meta ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, or performance marketing campaigns * A strong understanding of direct-response creative, including hooks, angles, offers, objections, and buying psychology * Fluent, professional English, written and spoken * Clear and organized briefs that make execution easier for the team * Proactive communication and ownership * Ability to review creative performance and turn data into better creative ideas * Experience across both ecommerce and lead generation * Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, ad libraries, or creative analysis tools * Experience working with designers, video editors, media buyers, or UGC creators * A point of view on creative testing frameworks How to apply: Start your reply with the word PHILOTIMO so we know you read the full post.
