Summary

We're a creative and performance marketing agency running Meta ads across a portfolio of clients, spanning both DTC/e-com brands and info/service offers (coaching, courses, and high-ticket service businesses). We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the ideation and direction behind our ad creative across these accounts. This is not a pure copywriting or editing role. You'll be the person connecting performance data to creative decisions, figuring out what to make next and why. What you'll do: Develop creative strategy and ad concepts across DTC/e-com and info/service offers on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Turn performance data into creative briefs, telling editors and designers exactly what to produce and why Build out testing roadmaps: hooks, angles, formats, and offers worth testing Write and direct scripts for UGC, static, and video ads Research competitors, audiences, and winning ad patterns in each client's niche Review live ad performance and spot what's working, what's fatiguing, and what to iterate on Collaborate with media buyers and editors to keep a steady pipeline of fresh creative You're a fit if you have: Proven experience building creative for DTC/e-com brands and/or info/service offers on Meta A strong grasp of direct response principles (hooks, angles, pain points, offers) The ability to read ad metrics and translate them into creative decisions Experience writing UGC and short-form video scripts Clear, fast communication and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once Nice to have: Experience inside Meta Ads Manager Background working agency-side or across multiple brands and offer types To apply: Send a short note on your creative experience across DTC/e-com or info/service offers, plus two or three examples of ads or campaigns you've conceptualized and the thinking behind them.
