Overview Premium D2C jewelry brand scaling on Meta (US/UK/CA/AU/NZ) is looking for a Creative Strategist. This is a strategy-only role: you develop the concepts, write the briefs and analyze performance - our team handles production. Our buyer are mainly women 40 - 65+, our brand is premium and emotionally-led (not fast fashion), and we already have proven winning creative to build from. Scope of work Develop creative concepts, hooks and angles for Meta ads (video, UGCs + statics) Write clear, structured creative briefs our production team executes Analyze ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, hook rate) and define the next testing round Build a repeatable testing framework: hook rotation, concept variation, avatar–buyer fit Keep all creative aligned with our brand codes (we'll share a full brand guide) Must-haves Demonstrable experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands on Meta You read ad data yourself and iterate from it — this is essential, not optional Strong understanding of direct-response and UGC creative frameworks Excellent English and clear brief-writing Nice-to-have Experience with jewelry, fashion or beauty D2C brands (jewelry especially a plus) Experience marketing to a mature (40+) female audience To apply In your proposal, answer two things (applications without this are skipped): Share 2-3 D2C ad you think is strong and explain why it works, strategically.
