Creative Strategist for E-commerce Brand

We are looking for someone with proven experience in e-commerce creative strategy, preferably within DTC brands, performance marketing agencies, or fast-growing online retail businesses. You should understand how paid social creatives work and how to create ads that are not only visually engaging, but also designed to drive measurable results. You should have a strong understanding of direct-response principles, UGC-style content, offer positioning, scroll-stopping hooks, problem-solution messaging, product demonstrations, social proof, and customer psychology. You do not need to personally edit videos, but you must understand what makes a video ad perform well and be able to give clear direction to editors and content creators. About the Role: As our Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing new advertising angles, hooks, concepts, and creative testing ideas for our e-commerce brands. You will work closely with our internal team, video editors, designers, and content creators to ensure that every creative is based on a clear strategy and testing hypothesis. This role is not about simply coming up with random creative ideas. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, analyze performance data, understand why certain ads win or lose, and use those insights to continuously improve our creative output. You should be able to research competitors, study winning ads, identify trends, analyze customer objections, and translate all of this into clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Creative Strategist, UGC Strategist, Media Buyer with strong creative expertise, or a similar role in e-commerce or paid social advertising. You should be able to provide examples of previous creative strategies, ad concepts, creative briefs, or campaigns you have worked on. We value candidates who can clearly explain their creative process and show how their ideas contributed to better campaign performance. Please include the following in your application: 1.)
