Summary

**Part-Time | Remote ** I’m looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive **Creative Strategy & Operations Assistant** to help manage the creative production process for paid social advertising. This is **not a traditional virtual assistant position**. You’ll work directly with me to develop advertising concepts, create creative briefs, analyze ad performance, recruit and manage content creators, coordinate with our editing team, and keep our creative production system organized. The ideal person is part **creative strategist, creative project manager, creator coordinator, and junior designer**. You should be comfortable working independently, managing a high volume of creative projects, and using performance data to help us create better ads. ## What You'll Be Responsible For ### Creative Strategy & Briefing You’ll help turn ideas, research, winning ads, and creative insights into clear briefs our creators, editors, and designers can execute. Typical weekly responsibilities include: * Develop and brief approximately **20 video ad concepts per week** * Brief approximately **10 static ad concepts per week** for our internal team * Personally create approximately **5 static ads, carousels, or simple motion graphics per week** * Research competitor ads, hooks, concepts, formats, messaging, and trends * Find inspiration through Meta Ads Library, social media, competitor research, and other sources * Develop iterations of our existing top-performing ads * Organize references, scripts, hooks, visual direction, and creative requirements * Build and maintain detailed creative briefs in **Notion** You do not need to independently determine our entire creative strategy. You will work closely with me on strategy, but you should be able to take an idea, understand why we are testing it, develop it further, and turn it into a strong creative brief. ## Creative Performance Analysis Approximately **twice per month**, you’ll conduct creative performance analysis using tools such as **Atria** and our advertising data. You should understand paid social creative metrics including: * CTR * Hook Rate * Hold Rate * Thumbstop / 3-Second View Rate * Average Watch Time * Video Completion / Retention * CPM * CPC * CVR * CPA / CAC * ROAS You don't need to be an expert media buyer, but you **must understand what these metrics tell us about an ad's creative performance**. For example: * Is the hook getting people to stop? * Are people watching after the first few seconds? * Is the ad generating clicks? * Is it getting clicks but failing to convert? * Which creators are consistently performing? * Which messaging angles are driving results? * Which formats and visual styles are working? * Where are viewers dropping off? * What elements from winning ads should we iterate on? Your job will be to identify patterns across winning and losing ads and turn those findings into actionable creative recommendations. You'll then use those learnings to help develop **new concepts and iterations of our top performers**. ## Creator Recruitment & Management You’ll help us consistently find and recruit creators for UGC and paid social content. Responsibilities include: * Researching creators using **Meta Creator Marketplace and other creator platforms** * Finding creators who fit specific demographics, personas, and creative briefs * Reaching out to approximately **30 new creators per week** * Sending outreach emails using our existing templates * Following up with creators * Communicating our standard content creation terms * Negotiating within our predetermined guidelines * Keeping creator conversations organized * Sending contracts through **PandaDoc** using our existing templates * Sending creators their creative briefs after approval * Tracking creator deadlines and deliverables * Following up when content is late * Coordinating revisions when necessary You should be comfortable professionally communicating with creators over email and managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously. ## Creative Production & Organization You’ll help manage the process from: **Concept → Brief → Creator / Editor → Revision → Finished Ad** Responsibilities include: * Maintaining our creative production system in **Notion** * Making sure briefs, references, deadlines, and statuses are accurate * Coordinating with our editing team through **Slack** * Answering questions from editors and creators * Tracking projects through production * Managing revisions and feedback * Organizing completed creative assets * Keeping our creative pipeline clean and up to date * Making sure projects don't get forgotten or stuck I’m looking for someone who naturally notices when something is missing, late, unclear, or disorganized — and takes action. ## Graphic Design & AI Creative You should have basic-to-intermediate graphic design abilities and a strong visual eye. You may occasionally create: * Meta static ads * Carousels * Promotional graphics * Text-based ads * Simple motion graphics * AI-generated creative * AI-assisted motion graphics or video variations Experience with tools such as these is helpful: * Canva * Photoshop * Figma * CapCut * AI image generation tools * AI video / motion graphics tools You do **not** need to be an advanced designer or video editor. We have an internal production team. However, you should be capable of producing clean advertising creative yourself when needed. ## Tools We Use Experience with every tool is not required, but you should be comfortable learning new software quickly. * Notion * Slack * Atria * Meta Ads Library * Meta Creator Marketplace * PandaDoc * Google Drive * Google Sheets * Canva / Photoshop / Figma * AI creative tools ## Who We're Looking For You'll be a strong fit if you are: * Extremely organized * Reliable and consistent * A strong written English communicator * Creative and curious * Interested in advertising and consumer psychology * Comfortable analyzing advertising performance * Able to recognize strong vs. weak creative * Comfortable managing many projects simultaneously * Comfortable communicating with creators and contractors * Detail-oriented * Comfortable using AI tools * Quick to learn new software * Able to work independently * Proactive rather than reactive Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who **takes ownership**. If a creator hasn’t responded, follow up. If a project is late, find out why. If a brief is missing something, fix it. If you see an interesting advertising trend, bring it to me. If an ad is performing extremely well, think about how we can create five more iterations from it. If performance data shows something isn't working, I want you to notice it. I do **not** want someone who simply waits for me to assign every individual task. ## Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a major plus: * Meta / Facebook Ads * Paid social advertising * Creative strategy * DTC / e-commerce brands * UGC creator management * Influencer marketing * Advertising agencies * Graphic design * Creative project management * Social media content creation Direct experience in every area is not required. Someone smart, highly organized, creative, analytical, and eager to learn can be very successful in this role. ## Typical Weekly Output A normal week may include: * **20 video creative briefs** * **10 static creative briefs** * **5 static / carousel / motion assets created yourself** * **30 new creator outreach emails** * Creator follow-ups and communication * Contract and brief management * Managing projects with our editors * Maintaining our Notion creative pipeline * Researching competitors and new advertising concepts Additionally, twice per month you’ll conduct a deeper creative performance analysis and use those findings to help determine what we should create next. ## Schedule This is a **part-time, long-term remote position**. You will be working remotely from the Philippines. Some overlap with U.S. working hours will be necessary for communication, but you will not need to work a full U.S. schedule. I care much more about **reliability, communication, ownership, and consistent output** than monitoring exactly when you are working. ## How to Apply Please include the following: 1. A short introduction about yourself and your relevant experience. 2. Any experience you have with Meta Ads, paid social, creative strategy, UGC creators, or e-commerce brands. 3. Links or examples of ads, graphics, creative briefs, social content, or design work you've created. 4. Which of these tools you've used: Notion, Slack, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, PandaDoc, Meta Creator Marketplace, Meta Ads Library, Atria, or similar tools. 5. Briefly explain what **CTR, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate** tell you about the performance of a video ad. 6. Tell me about a time you managed multiple creative projects or deadlines simultaneously. 7. Your expected **monthly compensation in USD for part-time work**. 8. Your availability and how soon you can start. At the beginning of your application, include the phrase **“CREATIVE OPS”** so I know you read the full job description. I’m looking for someone who can grow into this role long-term and become an important part of our creative operation.
