AI Creative Technology Specialist

Paris / Remote / Freelance possible We are a creative agency producing films and campaigns for international brands. We are looking for an AI Creative Specialist with strong experience in Generative AI, creative production and workflow design. You will help us integrate AI into our production workflows and build scalable systems for image and video creation. You will act as the bridge between creative teams, production, post-production and AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AI production workflows, building image and video pipelines using tools such as ComfyUI and leading generative models, integrating AI-generated assets into existing production processes, improving consistency, quality and scalability of outputs, connecting AI tools, automation and production systems, collaborating with creatives, directors, editors and post-production teams, researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies, and helping define best practices and production standards. Requirements: Strong experience with ComfyUI, experience with image and video generation workflows, understanding of creative production and advertising workflows, knowledge of generative AI models and tools, experience working with VFX, compositing or post-production pipelines is a strong plus, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ideal profiles include Creative Technologists, Technical Artists, AI Pipeline Engineers, VFX Artists or hybrid profiles working between creative production and technology. We are not looking for a prompt engineer. We are looking for someone who can help us build production-ready AI systems, workflows and pipelines that enable creative teams to produce high-quality visual and film content at scale.
