About the Role VoiceDrop is a growing B2B SaaS company helping businesses improve outbound communication through ringless voicemail and sales automation. We’re looking for a creative AI Video Ads Producer to create short-form, performance-focused video ads for paid social campaigns. This is not only a video editing role. We need someone who understands hooks, storytelling, direct-response advertising, and how to turn SaaS features into clear, engaging ads. Responsibilities - Create short-form ads for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. - Use AI tools for video generation, avatars, voiceovers, animation, and creative variations. - Turn scripts, product benefits, and customer pain points into compelling video concepts. - Produce multiple hooks, formats, lengths, and messaging variations for testing. - Combine AI-generated assets, screen recordings, stock footage, subtitles, and motion graphics. - Review performance data and improve creatives based on results. Requirements - Experience creating video ads for SaaS, technology, lead generation, or B2B brands. - Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and direct-response advertising. - Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. - Ability to produce polished, ready-to-launch ads independently. - Portfolio with relevant video advertising examples. - Good English communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with B2B SaaS or sales technology. - Knowledge of advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate. - Scriptwriting or advertising copywriting experience. - Experience creating AI-powered creative production workflows.
