Creative Video Editor for High-Converting AI-Powered Ad Creatives (Meta Ads)

We're looking for a hungry and creative video editor who doesn't just make things look good, they make things convert. You'll be editing and creating a range of ad creative formats for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), including AI UGC, AI animation ads, mashups, and mini VSLs. You need to understand the target audience and angle, then tailor the creative with the right pacing, footage, and hooks to match. What You'll Be Doing: Editing high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Creating realistic AI UGC avatars with natural-sounding voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs Producing high-quality AI-generated B-roll that blends seamlessly with edited footage Building different creative concepts, AI UGC, AI animation ads, mashups, mini VSLs Delivering polished content quickly without sacrificing quality You're the Right Fit If You… Are confident using AI video and voice tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, or similar) Understand what makes content convert, not just look good Can break down a target audience and angle, then match the pacing and footage accordingly Work independently, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly Are comfortable with an ongoing workload and growing with the project Please share 2–3 examples of ad creatives you've edited (ideally Meta ads or similar short-form content). Bonus points if you can show work using AI tools.
