AI Creative Virtual Assistant - Ad Design, Templates and Creative Production

We’re looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant who is experienced with AI creative tools and has a strong eye for design. This is not a traditional admin VA role. The primary focus will be helping us produce, refine and finish AI-generated creative work—particularly paid social ad creatives—and building repeatable templates and systems that allow us to create high-quality work faster. What You’ll Be Doing Your initial responsibilities will include: * Taking AI-generated ad creatives and polishing them into professional, client-ready designs * Fixing typography, spacing, alignment, hierarchy, colours and overall visual consistency * Making sure product images, logos and brand assets are used accurately * Creating multiple variations of successful creative concepts * Building reusable templates for static ads, carousels, reports and other marketing assets * Using AI tools to generate or improve images, backgrounds, layouts and creative concepts * Organising creative files, templates and brand assets * Following creative briefs and applying feedback accurately * Quality-checking creatives before they are delivered or launched * Helping document and improve our AI-assisted creative production process Over time, the role may expand into: * Creating complete ad concepts from a brief * Producing simple short-form video ads * Editing AI-generated video content * Researching competitor ads and creative trends * Developing new creative formats and templates * Helping manage a larger AI-powered creative workflow The Ideal Person You are someone who: * Has strong practical experience using AI tools for creative production * Has an excellent eye for design, even if you are not formally trained as a designer * Can quickly recognise when an AI-generated creative looks amateur, inconsistent or unfinished * Understands typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy and brand consistency * Is comfortable improving work created by AI rather than always starting from scratch * Can follow detailed instructions while also using good judgement * Is highly resourceful and enjoys figuring out new tools and workflows * Is organised, responsive and reliable * Pays close attention to small details * Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks Useful Tools and Experience Experience with some of the following would be valuable: * Canva * Adobe Photoshop * Figma * ChatGPT * Claude * Midjourney * Nano Banana or other AI image-generation tools * Flux * Ideogram * Adobe Firefly * CapCut * Descript * Runway * Creatify * Foreplay * Meta Ads creative * E-commerce brands You do not need experience with every tool. We care more about your ability to learn quickly, solve problems and produce polished work. Important We are not looking for someone who simply types prompts into an AI image generator and submits the first result. We need someone who can: 1. Generate or receive an initial AI-created asset 2. Identify what is wrong or unfinished 3. Refine it using the right tools 4. Deliver a polished final creative that looks intentional and professional You should be comfortable combining AI tools with Canva, Photoshop, Figma or other editing software when needed. Examples of Tasks Typical tasks may include: * Fix the layout and typography on five AI-generated Facebook ads * Turn one winning ad concept into ten new variations * Build a reusable Canva template for client ad creatives * Replace an inaccurate AI-generated product image with the exact product asset * Adapt a creative into square, portrait and story dimensions * Improve the visual hierarchy of an ad without changing the copy * Create a consistent template system for multiple e-commerce clients * Review a folder of AI-generated creatives and identify which ones are ready, need revisions or should be rejected To Apply Please include: 1.
