Creative iteration video editor for Meta Ads

We're looking for a skilled video editor with experience in direct-response Meta ads for our e-commerce brands. What you'll do: - Edit UGC footage into high-converting Meta ads (15-30 seconds) - Create multiple variations of winning creatives (different hooks, music, text overlays, lengths) - Follow creative briefs provided by our Creative Strategist - Produce 10-15 ad variations per week What we need: - Strong understanding of Meta ads formats and best practices - Experience with hook-first editing (strong open in first 2-3 seconds) - Fast turnaround (2-3 days per batch) - Experience with beauty, haircare or lifestyle brands is a plus - Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar What makes you the right fit: - You understand that the first 3 seconds make or break an ad - You know how to create urgency and visual impact without overproducing - You can take one raw UGC video and turn it into 5-10 different ad variations Our goal is to find someone who offers a reasonable price so that we can entrust them with an ever-increasing volume of videos and work with you over the long term.
