Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist — Turkiye

We are looking for a highly proactive Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to help us build the first active creator network for our automotive creator program in Turkey. We are building a creator partnership program for an automotive consultancy platform in Turkey. This is not a simple lead generation or data collection job. We are looking for someone who can personally manage the process from: Finding the right creator → starting the conversation → building interest → onboarding → community → referral code → ready to publish content. Your actual goal Your goal is to help us build 50 active, content-ready creators. A creator is NOT considered completed simply because: you found them they replied they filled out a form they joined Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp they received information about the program A creator is considered completed only when they have gone through the onboarding process and are genuinely ready to start publishing content for the program. What you'll be responsible for 1. Work with our existing prospects We already have 40+ potential creators collected from: TikTok Lead Forms our website direct creator research existing outreach You will receive these prospects and take ownership of the communication process. You will: contact them start conversations explain the opportunity answer questions follow up identify serious candidates move qualified creators through the onboarding process 2. Find additional creators yourself You will also independently identify additional creators in Turkey. We expect you to build your own qualified prospect pipeline rather than relying only on the prospects we provide. The ideal creators may include: automotive creators car reviewers car enthusiasts automotive TikTok creators Instagram creators micro-creators with highly engaged audiences creators who regularly produce original automotive content We care much more about audience quality, content quality and engagement than simply follower count. 3. Own the outreach conversation This is one of the most important parts of the job. We are NOT looking for someone who sends the same copy-pasted message to hundreds of people. You should be comfortable: starting natural conversations personalizing outreach understanding a creator's content explaining a partnership opportunity answering objections following up without being annoying building genuine interest The main channels will likely be TikTok and Instagram, but you should determine the most effective communication channels for the Turkish creator market. 4. Build the creator community / onboarding system You will also have ownership over deciding how we should organize our creator community. Telegram may be the right solution. Discord, WhatsApp or another platform may be better. We want you to evaluate this and recommend the best option. You will then help us: organize the community bring accepted creators into it explain the program introduce the workflow help creators understand how to participate provide their referral code answer initial questions get them ready to create their first content 5. Take creators all the way to activation This is the most important part. Your responsibility does not end when a creator joins the community. You are responsible for getting them to the point where they can say: “I understand the program, I have my referral code, I know what kind of content I can create, and I'm ready to publish.” Once the creator reaches that stage, your responsibility for that creator is complete. What we already have You will NOT be starting from zero. We currently have: 40+ potential creator leads/prospects an established creator program a dedicated creator landing page an existing referral system a creator compensation structure advertising-generated leads marketing creatives a clear automotive niche Creator program: We'll send you the creator program landing page. Who we are looking for We strongly prefer someone based in Turkey or highly familiar with the Turkish social media creator ecosystem. You should understand how Turkish creators communicate on: TikTok Instagram Telegram / WhatsApp communities You don't need to be a traditional influencer marketing manager. In fact, we may prefer someone who has: strong communication skills sales / business development experience influencer outreach experience community management experience social media experience creator relations experience startup experience Most importantly: You need to be comfortable talking to people. We need someone who can turn: “Hi, I have an opportunity for you.” into an actual conversation. What we DON'T want Please don't apply if your approach is simply: scraping thousands of accounts creating spreadsheets sending identical bulk messages collecting email addresses generating leads and handing them back to us waiting for creators to come to us We want someone who takes ownership of the entire creator acquisition and onboarding process. Compensation This is a project-based engagement. The main project objective is: 50 activated, content-ready creators. Payment will be made upon successful completion of the agreed project scope. There may also be opportunities for: performance-based bonuses continued collaboration additional creator acquisition work participation in the creator network earning through the program themselves building their own creator network within the program We are particularly interested in someone who sees this as more than a one-off freelance task and could potentially become part of the creator ecosystem we are building. If you had to recruit your first 10 Turkish automotive creators for us, where would you look and how would you approach them? 2. Write the first DM you would send to a Turkish TikTok creator about this opportunity. 3. What would you do if a creator showed interest but stopped responding after your first conversation? 4. Which community/onboarding platform would you recommend for this program — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or something else — and why? Also include one example of a creator/influencer outreach campaign you have personally worked on, if applicable.
