Creator & Affiliate Manager

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to help grow and manage our creator and affiliate program for our eCommerce brand. This is a long-term remote position where you'll be responsible for recruiting creators, managing partnerships, coordinating product shipments, tracking campaign deliverables, and helping execute product launches alongside our marketing team. Responsibilities - Research, identify, and recruit creators and affiliates that align with our brand. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and affiliates. - Manage creator onboarding and ensure all campaign requirements and expectations are clearly communicated. - Coordinate creator product shipments and affiliate orders. - Track campaign timelines, content deadlines, and deliverables. - Follow up with creators to ensure content is posted on schedule. - Monitor affiliate performance and creator activity. - Collaborate with the marketing team on new product launches and seasonal campaigns. - Help develop new ideas to grow and improve our creator program. - Maintain organized records of creators, campaigns, commissions, and performance metrics. Requirements - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Comfortable communicating via email, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Nice to Have - Previous experience managing creator, influencer, or affiliate programs. - Experience with Shopify. - Experience with Pickaxe. - Previous experience working with an eCommerce, apparel, or consumer products brand.
