Creator Business Operations Manager

Hi! I'm Sujin. I run two brands: @stylebysujin, a personal styling business @thewanderingkorean, a food and travel brand. Over the past few years, I’ve built a solid foundation, but I’ve reached the point where I know I’m leaving opportunities on the table simply because I can’t do everything myself. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping creators build sustainable businesses. This is not a social media management role. I create my own content and maintain my own voice. Instead, I’m looking for someone who understands the business behind the creator economy and enjoys identifying opportunities, improving systems, and helping good ideas actually get implemented. I’m much more interested in finding someone who is curious, proactive, commercially minded, organized, and excited by the idea of helping build something over the long term.
