Creator Growth Partner for TikTok

Seeking a creator growth partner to take over an existing TikTok Shop program. The shop is fully operational. Affiliate seeding has been active for several months. We have already identified several creative angles that convert and have gathered meaningful data around creator performance. Our challenge is no longer creator volume. Our challenge is identifying, recruiting, and scaling high-quality creators capable of generating meaningful reach and sales. We are not interested in agencies whose primary strategy is mass outreach, mass sampling, creator quantity metrics, or approving large volumes of inbound TikTok Shop affiliate requests. We have already tested that approach. What we are looking for is a partner who can actively identify, recruit, develop, and scale creators with genuinely engaged audiences and demonstrated influence within their niche. We are specifically NOT looking for: • Carousel-heavy TikTok Shop accounts posting dozens of products per week • High-volume UGC factory accounts with hundreds of brand collaborations • Creators averaging low view counts despite large follower counts • Agencies whose primary KPI is samples shipped, creators recruited, or videos posted We are looking for a partner who can: • Identify high-quality creators in endurance sports, clean nutrition, natural foods, skincare, beauty, wellness, homesteading, hunting/outdoor lifestyle, and related niches • Recruit creators directly rather than relying solely on inbound marketplace requests • Develop creator relationships and long-term partnerships • Secure repeat content from proven performers • Manage Spark Ads and paid amplification • Build a repeatable system for finding and scaling winning creators and creative angles • Turn successful creators into ongoing brand advocates rather than one-time product recipients Please include: • Examples of food, beverage, beauty, skincare, wellness, outdoor, or CPG brands you've scaled • Average creator performance metrics • Examples of creators you've recruited directly • Your process for identifying and scaling winning creators • How you measure success beyond creator volume and content volume • How you determine whether a creator has genuine audience trust and influence One question we will ask every candidate: "If you found one creator who generated sales for our brand, what is your process for finding 20 more creators like them?" We're looking for a strategic growth partner who understands creator ecosystems, audience trust, paid amplification, and scalable creator acquisition—not simply product seeding at scale. Our previous TikTok Shop agency generated 270 videos, 35 livestreams, and extensive product seeding over a two-month period, resulting in just $299 in attributed GMV and 17 units sold. While activity levels were high, we did not see evidence of creator-market fit, high quality content, scalable content strategies, or a repeatable sales engine. We are looking for a performance-oriented partner that can identify winning creator segments, develop commerce-focused content, and drive measurable revenue growth. We care far more about sales, conversion, and profitability than content volume or vanity metrics.
