Creator Outreach Manager (Trading Industry)

We're looking for an experienced Creator Outreach Manager to help us book discovery calls with trading content creators. This is NOT a lead generation role. We already source and approve creators. Your job is to contact them, manage conversations, follow up, answer common questions, and get discovery calls booked. Responsibilities * Reach out to approved creators through Email, X, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord * Send follow-up messages * Respond to creator questions * Book discovery calls through Calendly * Keep our Monday CRM accurate and up to date * Monitor replies throughout the day and respond quickly Requirements * Must have an understanding of trading and technical analysis * Familiar with TradingView * Excellent written English * Experience with outreach, appointment setting, or sales * Comfortable communicating with influencers and content creators * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Experience using a CRM (Monday is a plus)
