Creator Outreach for AI Tool Activation

We’re looking for a freelancer to recruit creators on TikTok, Instagram, and X to activate our AI tool and provide feedback. The goal is to identify qualified creators, reach out to them, and help them use the tool effectively. You’ll work independently, manage outreach, and focus on results. Payment is based on the number of qualified creators you successfully recruit and engage. ABOUT US We're CreaMate.AI, an AI "manager" for mid-tier creators, backed by Sequoia's AGIBuilder program. We're recruiting our first seed users and pay PER QUALIFIED CREATOR you bring in (this is fixed-price, not hourly). HOW PAYMENT WORKS (pay per head, via milestones) We pay $[15] for each QUALIFIED creator. Work is billed in milestones of [10] creators (= $[150] each). We fund each milestone in escrow; once you deliver a batch and we verify it, we release payment and open the next one. Target for this first run: [10] qualified creators in [7] days. Continues if it works. WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED CREATOR (this is exactly what we pay for) ALL of the following must be true: - A real creator/KOC on TikTok, Instagram, or X — ideally ~1K–100K followers (a real, engaged audience matters more than the exact number), any niche - They received an ACTIVATION CODE from us, REGISTERED at CreaMate.AI, and used the core features - They SUBMITTED our short feedback form - You provide the EMAIL ADDRESS they registered with — we match it in our system to confirm the account actually activated. If we can't verify the registration email, it does not count. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. Source & qualify creators (TikTok/IG/X, ~1K–100K, any niche, reachable by DM/email). 2. Personalized outreach using our templates + hook (a free content-strategy report). 3. Onboard: send them an activation code (we provide a batch), guide them toregister at creamate.ai and use the core features (~10–15 min). Make sure they actually activate, not just say yes. 4. Get each creator to submit our short feedback form. 5. Deliver a tracking sheet per batch with, for EACH creator: profile link | platform | follower count | niche | REGISTRATION EMAIL | activation date | feedback submitted (Y/N) WHO YOU ARE - Good written English; warm, professional communicator - Have done creator/influencer outreach before (share real numbers) - You drive activation, not just sign-ups - Organized and self-directed PLEASE ANSWER IN YOUR PROPOSAL 1. Describe a creator/influencer outreach you personally ran — how many you contacted, your reply rate, and how many completed the action you wanted. 2.
