# Creator Recruitment & Community Manager (Remote) **Part-Time Remote Position (4–6h/day)** **Budget: $300–$500/month + Performance Bonuses** **Location: Remote (Latin America / Philippines preferred)** ## About Us We are a fast-growing digital platform working with online content creators. Our goal is to help creators grow their audience, manage their presence, and improve their monetization through subscription-based platforms. We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable person to help us recruit and manage creators. This is a long-term remote position with strong growth potential. ## Your Responsibilities * Identify potential creators on platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and others * Reach out to creators and follow up with interested profiles * Assist in onboarding new creators onto our platform * Maintain daily communication with creators via DMs and messaging apps * Track creator activity and update daily reports * Support basic account management and escalate issues when needed ## Requirements * Strong written English or Spanish * Comfortable using social media platforms daily * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Fast learner with good communication skills * Reliable internet connection * Interest in the creator economy and digital marketing * Experience in social media outreach, virtual assistance, or customer support is a plus ## Compensation & Benefits * $300–$500/month depending on experience and availability * Performance-based bonuses * Fully remote work * Flexible schedule * Long-term collaboration opportunity ## How to Apply To help us filter serious candidates, please start your application with: **"Creator Growth"** Please include: 1.
