Creator Scout — Men’s Fashion Brand (Part-Time) US men’s comfort fashion brand looking for someone with a sharp eye for on-camera talent. We produce 50+ ad creatives per week and need someone who can tell in 10 seconds whether a creator has the energy, charisma, and authenticity to sell our product. The role: • Evaluate creator video content (Reels, TikToks) before we book them • Spot the difference between “looks good in photos” and “actually watchable on camera” • Maintain a vetted shortlist of high-quality creators • Knows how to fit the right brief to the right creator • Review delivered content for quality before it goes to editors 2–3 hours/day, flexible schedule, US timezone overlap needed. You’re right for this if you’ve been a UGC creator yourself, worked in casting/talent selection, or managed creator programs for a DTC brand. You need to have taste — not just organizational skills.
