Creator Support Specialist (Ecommerce Platform) – 6 Week Contract with Potential Extension

We’re looking for a few talented customer support specialists to temporarily join our Creator Support team and help creators using our ecommerce platform. This is a 6-week contract role to start (with the possibility to extend to a full-time role). We’re looking for people who can jump in quickly, learn fast, and help us provide an excellent experience for our creators. For exceptional performers, there may be opportunities to continue working with us beyond the initial contract. About the Role You’ll work directly with creators who run online shops, helping answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through common workflows. To start, we’ll train you on specific support areas so you can become confident quickly. You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. We’re looking for people who are curious, resourceful, and great communicators. Responsibilities may include: * Responding to creator questions through our support platform * Troubleshooting common ecommerce/shop setup issues * Helping creators understand product setup, orders, shipping, payouts, and other workflows * Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team * Documenting patterns and feedback to help us improve our product and support experience What We’re Looking For Must have: * Excellent written English communication skills * Previous customer support experience (SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, or tech preferred) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues independently * Attention to detail * Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly * Reliable availability during the contract period Bonus points if you have experience with: * Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms * Creator platforms or online communities * Zendesk or similar support tools * Troubleshooting technical/product issues To Apply Please include: 1.
