Creator & Talent Assistant Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Creator & Talent Assistant to help manage and grow a personal brand across social media, podcasting, modeling, and brand partnerships. This role will involve handling outreach, sponsorship opportunities, modeling submissions, networking, scheduling, and overall creator business support. Responsibilities: * Reach out to brands, agencies, and photographers * Find sponsorships, collaborations, and creator opportunities * Assist with negotiating brand deals and partnerships * Submit applications to modeling agencies, castings, and creator platforms * Manage creator emails, outreach, and follow-ups * Organize schedules, shoots, deadlines, and collaborations * Maintain media kits, portfolios, and business documents ### Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with influencer marketing, social media management, PR, or talent management * Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator trends * Strong communication and organizational skills * Understanding of brand partnerships, contracts, and FTC guidelines is a plus * Experience working with creators, influencers, or models preferred ### About the Brand: The brand focuses on lifestyle, podcasting, dance, modeling, and personality-driven content with an emphasis on growing a strong social media and creator presence.
