You MUST be able to have consistency in characters and character faces. Every video we produce is a deliberate creative statement. We're not interested in average. We want work that stops people mid-scroll. What we need: Deep, hands-on experience with the latest AI video and image generation tools (Sora, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) — and no hesitation to use credits/tokens to get the output right A genuine creative eye — the ability to concept and execute ideas that go beyond what a traditional videographer or editor would imagine Strong sound design sensibility — SFX, layering, and audio that complements the visual with the same level of craft Smooth, intentional transitions that feel considered, not templated A constant awareness of the AI landscape — you know what's just dropped, what's in beta, and what's worth using What we don't want: Generic AI output.
