AI Creative Designer // Performance Ads Full-Time · Remote · ET Time Zone · 9 AM to 5 PM About Us: We're a performance marketing agency that creates high-converting video and static ads for social media, primarily Meta and TikTok.Every single ad we produce is built with generative AI. Our creative team works hand-in-hand with media buyers to produce, test, and scale ads that drive results at high volume. If you're excited about the intersection of AI and advertising, this is the role. What You'll Do: • Produce UGC-style video ads using AI avatar and video generation tools (HiggsField, Kling, Runway, Veo, etc.) • Design static image ads optimized for Meta and TikTok placements • Adapt winning concepts across languages, formats, and placements • Collaborate with media buyers to translate performance data into better creatives • Stay on top of new AI tools and techniques, and bring them to the team • Maintain a high creative output while meeting quality and compliance standards What We're Looking For: • Experience with AI generative tools: you already use tools like HiggsField, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar to create visual content • Strong eye for direct-response creative: you understand what makes people stop scrolling and click • Video editing fundamentals: comfortable assembling cuts, adding captions, syncing audio, working with B-roll • Design sense: clean compositions, strong typography, understanding of what works on mobile • Bonus: Experience with Meta/TikTok ad formats and specs Compensation: • $1,200/month base salary during the 1-month probation period, and $1,500/month with a performance-based bonus on top after that.
