Credit Repair Customer Service Rep – CRM & Client Communication (Dispute Fox / GoHighLevel)

Wealthy Wisdom Solutions is a growing business credit and funding consulting company. We help business owners get funding-ready to access $50K–$250K in capital. We're hiring a dedicated Client Success & CRM Specialist to own client communication, credit report tracking, and pipeline management across our software stack. This is NOT a dispute-writing role — our disputers handle dispute letters. You own the client relationship, the reimport process, and keeping every account current and accurate. This role is NOT for you if: You're looking for part-time, freelance-hopping, or short-term gig work You don't already understand credit repair fundamentals (FCRA basics, tradelines, credit factors, dispute cycle timelines, reimport process) You've never used GoHighLevel, DisputeFox, or SmartCredit You need heavy hand-holding on communication tone with clients What You'll Do: Manage and update client records inside GoHighLevel (pipeline stages, notes, tags, task follow-ups) Monitor client accounts inside DisputeFox — track dispute status, round timing, and results Pull and manage reimports in both DisputeFox and SmartCredit — verify updated bureau data has synced correctly, catch reporting errors, and confirm reimport timing aligns with dispute cycles Review updated SmartCredit reports after each reimport and translate the changes into clear, plain-English updates for clients (what changed, what's next, what it means for their score/profile) Proactively send clients regular credit profile status updates — don't wait for them to ask Respond to client questions via GHL, email, and Slack — professional, clear, on-brand communication Follow up with clients who've gone quiet, missed a payment, or need document uploads Flag issues, stuck accounts, reimport errors, or upset clients to leadership before they escalate Keep our sales/fulfillment pipeline accurate — no client should fall through the cracks Coordinate internally via Slack channels (#sales-new-lead, #sales-qualified-applications, #sales-booked-calls, etc.) Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in credit repair (client-facing, not necessarily dispute-writing) Extensive, hands-on experience with all four: GoHighLevel, DisputeFox, SmartCredit, and Slack — this is non-negotiable, not "willing to learn" Strong working knowledge of the reimport process specifically — how/when to pull reimports, how to read the resulting report changes, and how to spot inaccurate or incomplete reimports Solid understanding of FCRA basics, credit score factors, dispute cycles/timelines, tradeline terminology Excellent written English communication — clients need to trust you instantly Must be looking for long-term, full-time work — not a stopgap Self-starter who treats this like their own business, not a checklist job Reliable internet, quiet workspace, full availability 9am–5pm PST, Monday–Friday
