Summary

This role requires a Marketing Manager who is both an artist and an analyst. You'll seamlessly transition between creative and analytical tasks, managing multiple marketing channels effectively. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in internet marketing, social media marketing, and marketing strategy, with a strong understanding of Facebook marketing. What You'll Do Run cross-channel campaigns end to end — media buying (paid social), email marketing, SMS, and organic Instagram content, with the flexibility to pick up new channels as we grow. Be the creative eye and the quant brain. Produce work that looks and feels premium, then prove what's working with rigorous, accurate analysis. We need correct insights from the data, not pretty charts that say nothing. Write copy that converts and sounds human — campaign copy, lifecycle emails, SMS, and polished, professional emails to external partners. Use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch. Lean on AI tools to draft, ideate, pressure-test, and check your work, but every public-facing word ships reading like a real person wrote it. Nothing we publish should look or sound obviously AI-generated. Create and edit visual assets, including generating and editing images with AI tools, and designing in Figma. Support photo and video shoots — help plan, organize, and keep production on track (a meaningful plus, see below). Operate independently and proactively — set your own priorities against our goals, flag risks early, and show up to management with a recommended path forward. Who You Are 8+ years of online marketing experience, with real depth across multiple digital channels. A rare creative/analytical hybrid. Genuine aesthetic sense and the ability to run accurate quantitative analysis and draw the right conclusions from it. Extremely ambitious and self-directed. A true self-starter who drives initiatives forward, takes ownership, and thrives without tight oversight, especially remotely. An impeccable writer. Grammar and command of English indistinguishable from a native, US-educated writer. Your copy and your partner emails are clean, sharp, and on-brand without a second pass. A genuine food person. Real passion for cooking and/or nutrition, with extensive food knowledge. You understand and care about what we make and who we make it for. Extreme attention to detail. You triple-check everything (without being asked) to ensure nothing goes out with mistakes. Required Skills & Tools Hands-on experience across paid social / media buying, email marketing, SMS marketing, and organic Instagram. Figma proficiency. Advanced AI user — fluent with one or more of Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT, and thoughtful about how to use them well. Expert-level Excel / spreadsheets. AI image generation and editing familiarity. Native-level US English writing for copywriting and external/partner communication.
