Crowdfunding Expert Needed to Raise Capital for AI-Powered Social Startup

## Project Description I am looking for an experienced crowdfunding expert to help raise investment for my startup, **Texsy**, through an equity crowdfunding campaign. Texsy is a venue-based social discovery and dating platform that enables people sharing the same physical location—such as hotels, airports, cafes, restaurants, universities, office complexes, and event venues—to discover, connect, and meet in real time. Unlike traditional dating apps that rely on geographic radius matching, Texsy focuses on meaningful, real-world connections based on shared venues. The ideal candidate should have proven experience launching and managing successful crowdfunding campaigns on platforms such as StartEngine, Wefunder, Republic, Fundable, or similar equity crowdfunding platforms. ### Responsibilities * Develop and execute a crowdfunding strategy to maximize fundraising success. * Optimize our campaign page, messaging, and investor pitch. * Create compelling campaign content and marketing materials. * Plan and manage pre-launch and launch activities. * Build awareness and drive qualified investor traffic through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, PR, and community outreach. * Advise on investor communications and campaign updates. * Help improve campaign conversion rates and fundraising performance. * Recommend additional fundraising channels and partnerships where appropriate. ### Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated success raising capital through equity crowdfunding. * Strong understanding of startup fundraising and investor marketing. * Experience working with technology or SaaS startups. * Excellent copywriting and digital marketing skills. * Knowledge of investor acquisition strategies, paid advertising, and campaign analytics. ### Project Goal The objective is to successfully raise seed funding for Texsy while building a strong community of early investors and supporters. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of the crowdfunding campaign and provide strategic guidance from planning through execution.
