Crypto Partnerships & Growth Marketer

We are looking for a Crypto Partnerships & Growth Marketer who combines marketing execution with business development instincts. This is not a generic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands crypto exchanges, Web3 campaign partnerships, KOL/community distribution, launch campaigns, and how to expand a crypto project through the right relationships. The ideal person has worked with or around exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, launchpads, trading communities, KOL networks, Web3 media, or crypto ecosystem partners. You should be comfortable helping us identify campaign opportunities with exchanges and crypto platforms, coordinate outreach, support partnership conversations, and turn those relationships into measurable growth. This role starts with one core crypto project, but strong performers may also support other crypto and AI-related projects later. Working hours: - This is intended to be a full-time role. - The schedule is not strictly fixed, but you should be able to complete 8 hours of work per day and be available within the 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Singapore time window. - Strong written English is required. Responsibilities: - Identify and organize potential campaign partners, especially crypto exchanges, wallets, trading platforms, launchpads, Web3 media, KOLs, and communities. - Help create outreach lists and qualify which partners are worth pursuing. - Support outreach and follow-up for exchange campaigns, co-marketing, AMAs, community campaigns, listings-related opportunities, or ecosystem partnerships. - Help plan growth campaigns that can expand reach, users, community, and credibility. - Coordinate with internal team members to turn partnership opportunities into clear campaign plans. - Track outreach, responses, next steps, and campaign performance in a structured way. - Research competitors, exchange campaigns, KOL campaigns, and crypto market narratives. - Use AI tools to improve research, outreach drafts, campaign planning, and reporting without producing generic low-quality work. Requirements: - Hands-on crypto or Web3 marketing experience is required. - Experience with crypto exchanges, Web3 partnerships, KOL campaigns, affiliate campaigns, community growth, or business development is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of current crypto market narratives and how projects get attention. - Comfortable doing structured outreach and follow-up. - Able to write clear, professional English messages. - Organized enough to manage partner lists, campaign notes, and follow-up status. - Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, analysis, and workflow improvement. Strong fit if you have experience with: - Exchange campaigns or exchange partnerships. - Bybit, Binance, OKX, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, Bitget, or similar crypto platforms. - KOL/influencer campaigns, Telegram/X communities, Web3 media, launchpads, or crypto affiliate networks. - Crypto campaign planning, growth marketing, BD outreach, or ecosystem partnerships. - AI tools for research, lead generation, outreach, reporting, or campaign analysis.
