Summary

We are hiring a full-time product launch and growth marketer who has successfully helped real products or services acquire users, customers, subscribers, leads, partners, or revenue. This role is not for someone whose experience is mostly social posting, awareness campaigns, vanity engagement, giveaways, or trend-based promotion. We are looking for someone who can show how they helped a product launch, enter a market, acquire real users, and turn attention into measurable business outcomes. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked with SaaS, consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, creator tools, education products, productivity tools, B2B services, or other technology-enabled products. Crypto experience is not required and is not a priority unless it involved real product adoption, paying users, deposits, retention, revenue, or partnerships. The ideal candidate can clearly explain: - What product or service they helped launch or grow. - Who the target users or customers were. - What channels they used to reach those users. - What they personally owned or executed. - What measurable results were created. - How they knew the growth was real and not vanity traffic. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute go-to-market and growth campaigns for products or services. - Identify channels that can bring real users, customers, qualified leads, partners, or revenue. - Build outreach and distribution systems for users, partners, affiliates, communities, creators, newsletters, and other relevant channels. - Test acquisition channels and report what is working, what is not working, and what should be improved. - Track practical growth metrics such as signups, activation, qualified leads, paid users, retention, revenue, partnerships, or repeat usage. - Turn product positioning into practical launch and acquisition campaigns. - Work closely with the team to understand the product, market, customer pain points, and conversion path. Required: - Proven experience launching or growing a real product, service, or business. - Ability to explain specific products you helped grow and the results you created. - Strong understanding of user acquisition, GTM, partnerships, lead generation, growth campaigns, or business development. - Strong written English. - Comfortable working full-time, 8 hours per day, with availability inside 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Singapore time. Not a fit if: - You cannot explain a specific product or service you helped grow. - Your experience is mostly posting content without owning user acquisition or business results. - You only report impressions, likes, followers, or views without user, lead, revenue, or partnership impact. - You rely on generic AI-written outreach without research or personalization.
