Crypto Research Analyst & Industry Report Writer About the Role We are looking for a research-driven crypto writer capable of producing quarterly and thematic industry reports covering market trends, exchanges, DeFi, ETFs, tokenization, stablecoins, AI, payments, institutional adoption, and emerging Web3 sectors. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with the ability to transform complex market data into clear, executive-friendly insights for investors, founders, VCs, exchanges, and blockchain companies. Key Responsibilities Research & Data Collection • Track major developments across crypto, blockchain, DeFi, AI, RWA, stablecoins, exchanges, ETFs, and institutional adoption. • Gather and verify data from sources such as: DefiLlama CoinGecko CoinGlass Dune Analytics Messari Token Terminal TradingView Exchange reports Public company filings • Monitor industry news and identify key narratives shaping each quarter. Industry Report Writing • Produce quarterly crypto market reports (45-50 pages). • Create thematic reports on: Crypto Exchanges DeFi ETFs & Digital Asset Treasuries Stablecoins RWA Tokenization AI & Agentic Payments Crypto Payments & Cards Prediction Markets Funding & Venture Capital • Write market outlook and forecasting sections. • Convert research findings into concise, actionable insights. Analysis Identify emerging trends and explain why they matter. Compare sector performance using quantitative data. Develop narrative-driven analysis instead of simply summarizing news. Connect macroeconomic developments with crypto market movements. Collaboration Work with designers to create charts, graphs, and report visuals. Coordinate with editorial and marketing teams for report distribution. Support webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content. Required Skills Must Have • 2+ years covering crypto, fintech, or financial markets. • Strong understanding of: Bitcoin & Ethereum DeFi Exchanges (CEX & DEX) Stablecoins RWA Tokenization ETFs Layer-1 & Layer-2 ecosystems AI x Crypto • Ability to interpret on-chain and market data. • Experience writing long-form research reports. • Excellent English writing and storytelling skills. Preferred Experience with DefiLlama, Dune, Messari, Token Terminal, and CoinGlass. Experience writing for crypto media, research firms, exchanges, or VC funds. Familiarity with institutional crypto adoption trends. Basic understanding of data visualization.
