Crypto tax reconciliation

Summary

I need help piecing together my full crypto trading history going back to 2018, all the way up to now. Everything needs to end up in one clean master spreadsheet/log that actually makes sense. The problem is my data is scattered everywhere — a few exchanges, a couple of hardware wallets, some fiat on-ramp purchases, a swap service or two, and it touches several different blockchains. Nothing lines up neatly and I know there are gaps. Rough scope: somewhere around 600-700 transactions total. It's not a huge dataset, but I need every single line to be accurate — this isn't a "close enough" situation. What I'm looking for is someone who already does this kind of work for a living — a crypto-savvy bookkeeper or accountant type, not someone learning on the job. You should be genuinely comfortable with: Reading block explorers directly (think mempool.space, Etherscan, Litecoinspace, etc.) Reconciling CSV exports from a mix of sources — exchanges, wallets, MoonPay-style on-ramps, even betting/gambling platforms Tools like Koinly or CoinTracking — and knowing when their auto-generated output is wrong and needs manual correction Working across multiple chains (BTC, ETH, LTC, plus stablecoins on ERC-20 and TRC-20 at minimum) Telling the difference between actual on-chain transactions and internal exchange-only trades Understanding how fiat-to-crypto purchases actually work — separating true market price from markup/fees baked into the transaction The bigger ask, honestly, is detective work. A good chunk of this history isn't cleanly recorded anywhere, so I need someone who can spot inconsistencies, notice missing pieces, cross-check sources against each other, and use logical deduction when direct records don't exist — like "this amount left here, this amount showed up there, so something must have happened in between." Also — please have strong written English. We'll be going back and forth a fair amount, and clear communication matters as much as the technical skill here.
