Currate content for small business websites including writing, images and organising

I need someone who can produce content for a website project - the websites can range from 5-10 pages and often we will have the old/existing website to use as a base, but it may also require some additional research. I dont mind if AI is used to create more comprehensive content from the base information that we have, but I want the content to be well-organised, proof-read to make sure it makes sense, and I want it organised in such a way that it can be cearly categorised for pages of a website. I also want call-out information where relevant and also images to be tied in with writen content - I would like everything put into a word document and clearly organised with text and images (In a separate file) so that it can be passed on directly to a graphic designer who can use the information whilst building the website mockup.
