Title: Experienced Hat Pattern Maker Needed for Premium Baseball Cap Brand Description: I’m launching a premium headwear brand and I’m looking for an experienced hat pattern maker who specializes in structured baseball caps. I have several reference hats that I own and want to use strictly as inspiration for the fit, profile, and construction. I need someone who can develop an original, production-ready pattern based on my design direction, not simply copy another brand’s protected branding or artwork. Scope of Work: * Develop a custom 6-panel structured baseball cap pattern. * Create a unique crown profile and visor shape based on my specifications. * Produce production-ready CAD pattern files. * Create a complete tech pack with measurements, construction details, stitch specifications, and material recommendations. * Recommend buckram, visor insert, sweatband, and fabric specifications for a premium-quality cap. * Work with me through at least one prototype revision. Deliverables: * Digital pattern files (DXF, AI, PDF, or similar) * Full tech pack * Sewing specifications * Construction details * Measurement sheet * Embroidery placement guide * Factory-ready documentation * Transfer of full commercial rights to the pattern and tech pack Ideal Candidate: * Experience designing premium baseball caps * Experience working with overseas manufacturers * Strong understanding of cap construction and fit * Portfolio of previous hat/headwear projects (required) Please include: 1.
