Custom Bulk Email Infrastructure Expert – Custom SMTP, Clean IP Warmup & High Deliverability

We are looking for an advanced Bulk Mailing and Email Infrastructure Specialist to design, build, and deploy a custom, high-volume email sending infrastructure from scratch. The primary objective of this setup is to mail high-converting Business Opportunity (Biz Op) offers at scale. Because of the nature of this niche, standard out-of-the-box shared inbox solutions will not suffice. We need a robust, defensive architecture built for longevity, flawless inbox placement, and high volume. This is a build-and-handover project (with potential for ongoing infrastructure maintenance). We will provide the domain budgets and server requirements based on your technical blueprint. Scope of Work: Infrastructure Design & Deployment: Architect a custom setup (e.g., custom PowerMTA, Postal, MailerQ, or carefully structured specialized ESP nodes) capable of handling high daily volume safely. IP Strategy & Management: Source clean, un-blacklisted dedicated IPs. Set up proper reverse DNS (rDNS) and IP-to-domain mapping. Airtight Technical Authentication: Implement full DNS authentication across all sending domains—including SPF, DKIM, DMARC (with proper reporting policies), and MX records. IP & Domain Warmup Protocol: Design and execute a strict, automated warmup schedule tailored to major ISPs (Gmail, Yahoo/AOL, Microsoft) to establish solid sender reputations. Feedback Loops & Monitoring: Set up Feedback Loops (FBL) with major providers and integrate real-time deliverability tracking (Google Postmaster Tools, SNDS, bounce-handling logs). Handover & Documentation: Provide a clear standard operating procedure (SOP) for our team to load lists, rotate assets, and manage daily sends without breaking the setup. Required Experience: Proven track record building large-scale, self-hosted SMTP systems or managing complex multi-domain enterprise architectures. Deep knowledge of ESP rules regarding the Biz Op niche and how to isolate reputation to protect infrastructure. Mastery of IP warming, list cleaning protocols, and spam filter avoidance (reputation management, spintax, header customization). Experience with tracking tools, bounce categorization, and automatic feedback loop suppression management.
