Custom CRM Builder for Real Estate

We are a real estate company looking for an experienced developer to build us a custom CRM. Our leads and property listings currently live scattered across Excel and Google Sheets, and as our team has grown this has become messy and hard for managers to operate and navigate. We need someone who can build a practical, reliable system that consolidates our leads and properties into one platform, connected directly to our WhatsApp Business line and website. What you'll build: -Leads/customers management module (lead status, ownership, activity history, notes) -Properties management module (listings, status, availability, documents/photos) -Linking between leads and the properties they're interested in -WhatsApp Business API integration so client messages flow into the CRM and can be replied to from within it -Website integration so leads submitted through our site forms create/update CRM records automatically -Role-based access for managers/agents -Simple dashboard for management to review pipeline and property status -Migration of our existing Excel/Google Sheets data into the new system Relevant tools: -We are open to the exact tech stack and architecture, but the system must integrate with -WhatsApp Business API and our website's lead forms. We currently manage our data in Excel and -Google Sheets. The right candidate should be able to recommend the best implementation approach (framework, hosting, database) and justify the tradeoffs where there are multiple options. You do not need prior real estate experience, but you should be strong with CRM/database architecture, APIs, webhooks, and building reliable systems that non-technical staff can use daily. Ideal candidate: -Experience building CRM or similar lead/inventory management systems -Еxperience with WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or BSP integration) -Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data migration -Able to build clean, intuitive interfaces for non-technical users -Good documentation and handover skills You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: -Describe a CRM or lead/property management system you built that involved multiple integrations.
