Custom Clean Skincare Formulation Specialist (UK Only - Full IP)

We are a premium boutique skincare brand looking to collaborate with an expert, independent cosmetic chemist based in the United Kingdom to develop three high-performance, entirely clean, and non-toxic formulations. The final deliverables must be retail-ready master formulas complete with full INCI lists, precise compounding percentages, manufacturing methods, and structural stability documentation. Product Pipeline to Formulate: 1 Vitamin C Face Serum: A crystal-clear serum featuring suspended 24K cosmetic gold leaf flakes. Powered by Kakadu Plum, with a clean, sun-safe FCF Sweet Orange natural aroma. 2 AHA Anti-Metal Shield Serum: A high-performance anti-pollution micro-shield serum powered by Moringa Seed Extract. This must feature a natural gemstone blue/teal liquid hue achieved via Malachite Extract and include Roman Chamomile. 3 Ceramides Soothing & Restoring Cream: A velvety white cream powered by a robust Ceramide complex and CICA (Tiger Grass), infused with cooling Cucumber Extract for a clean, natural aroma. Key Requirements & Standards: Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom for ease of compliance testing and initial component/sample postage. Clean Beauty Strictness: Formulations must be completely clean, non-toxic, and free from any harsh synthetic fillers or controversial preservatives. Deliverables: For each product, the chemist must provide bench-scale physical prototypes/samples for evaluation, a final digital formulation sheet, scaling instructions for a low-MOQ manufacturer, and stability guidance. IP Agreement: 100% full Intellectual Property (IP) rights and ownership of the final formulas will belong exclusively to our company upon milestone completion. Ideal Candidate: An experienced cosmetic scientist or chartered chemist with a proven track record of formulating premium, stable green-chemistry skincare. Experience with suspension polymers (for the gold leaf) and natural color stabilizing (for the malachite) is highly preferred.
