Custom Detailed Historically Accurate Map of the Roman Empire (117 AD) — Vector File for Large Print

I'm looking for a skilled cartographer/illustrator to create a custom, highly detailed map of the Roman Empire at its greatest territorial extent under Emperor Trajan, in 117 AD. This will be printed at A0 size (84 x 119 cm) and framed as a piece of wall art. Key requirements: Territory color: Roman-controlled territory should be shown clearly in red, with vassal states/client kingdoms distinguished with a different shade or pattern. Terrain: Include physical relief — mountain ranges, major rivers, and coastlines — so the map has geographic depth, not just flat political borders. Cities: Label major Roman cities and provincial capitals, ideally with distinct icons/markers for capital vs. regular city. Legions: Show the locations of the Roman legions active in 117 AD at their historical bases/garrisons. Provinces: Label all Roman provinces by name, with clear boundary lines. Style: Open to either a clean modern cartographic style or a more artistic/illustrated "antique atlas" aesthetic — happy to discuss direction with the right candidate.
