Custom Executive Financial Dashboard Developer (Shopify + Stripe + Meta + Google Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to build a custom Executive Financial Dashboard that gives us a real-time understanding of the financial health of our business. This is not a simple sales dashboard. We need a centralized reporting system that combines revenue, operating expenses, advertising performance, cost of goods sold, partner payouts, fulfillment costs, and cash flow into one executive dashboard that allows us to make better business decisions. Our company operates two businesses: PJF Performance Digital products Memberships Camps Stripe revenue PJF Global Physical product ecommerce Shopify revenue Currently, all of our financial data lives in different platforms, making it difficult to understand our true profitability. We want one dashboard that answers questions like: How much net profit did we make this month? Which products are actually profitable? Are our Meta and Google Ads generating profitable sales? How much cash do we actually have after all business and personal expenses? Which business is generating the most profit? What are our biggest expenses each month? Project Deliverables The completed dashboard should automatically consolidate data from multiple sources and provide executive-level reporting with minimal manual updates. This will be an ongoing relationship for future dashboard enhancements and reporting projects if the initial project is successful. 90-minute recorded walkthrough at the end of the project is mandatory, explaining every calculation, every integration, and how to maintain the dashboard.
