Custom PCB Design for Smart Ring

About the project: I'm developing a smart ring — a wearable with capacitive touch sensing, haptic feedback, BLE connectivity, and a rechargeable battery, all in a ring form factor. I have a fully working breadboard prototype (nRF52840 DK + capacitive touch + DRV2605L haptic driver + LRA motor, with custom firmware) and need an experienced engineer to take it from prototype to a manufacturable ring-sized PCB. Scope of work: Design a miniaturized rigid-flex PCB to fit a ring form factor, integrating: a BLE SoC (nRF52840 or comparable, e.g. a WLCSP package), capacitive touch sensing around the ring's circumference, a haptic driver + LRA motor, a small rechargeable battery + charging circuit, and an antenna. RF/antenna design and tuning for reliable BLE in a compact, body-worn, metal-adjacent environment. Component selection and BOM optimized for size, power efficiency, and manufacturability. Schematic capture, PCB layout, and preparation of manufacturing files (Gerbers, etc.) for a PCBA fab. Design-for-manufacture guidance and support through prototype board bring-up. You should have: Proven experience designing rigid-flex and/or miniaturized wearable PCBs (please share examples). Strong RF/antenna design experience, especially BLE in small/body-worn devices. Experience with nRF52-series or comparable BLE SoCs. Experience taking a design through to a working manufactured prototype. Familiarity with low-power battery-powered wearable design.
