Seeking a residential designer to create a custom Texas ranch-style home floor plan for our family's forever home in Texas. This is a custom design inspired by Texas ranch homes and modern barndominium layouts. We are not looking to copy an existing floor plan. The home should be designed with construction efficiency, practicality, and long-term family living in mind. We plan to act as our own general contractor and want a design that is visually impressive while remaining cost-conscious and efficient to build.
