Custom Two-Page Executive Résumé Design in Adobe InDesign — No Templates

I am looking for an experienced editorial or résumé designer to transform a completed two-page executive résumé into a distinctive, highly polished Adobe InDesign document. The writing, editing and overall content structure are complete. This project is focused on elevating the visual presentation. DESIGN OBJECTIVE The résumé should have genuine visual impact while remaining professional, sophisticated and easy to read. I am pursuing Marketing Director and Director of Communications positions, so the finished design should reflect senior-level experience in marketing, communications, publishing, branding and creative leadership. I want the résumé to feel original and intentionally designed. It should not look like an obvious Canva, Microsoft Word or stock résumé template. I am open to thoughtful typography, strong hierarchy, restrained graphic elements and an unexpected but professional layout. The design should feel contemporary and memorable without becoming gimmicky, overly decorative or difficult to scan. The résumé must remain two pages. I WILL PROVIDE * Final approved résumé copy * Feedback and direction during revisions DELIVERABLES * Fully editable Adobe InDesign INDD file * IDML compatibility file * Packaged InDesign folder containing linked assets * List of all fonts used and where they can be obtained * Final high-resolution, print-ready PDF * Final optimized PDF for email and online applications The final PDFs must contain selectable text. The résumé should not be flattened into an image. DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS * Strong Adobe InDesign skills * Demonstrated editorial, résumé, annual report, publication or information-design experience * Excellent typography and information-hierarchy skills * Ability to create an original design rather than modify a stock template * Careful attention to spacing, alignment, consistency and proofreading * Clear communication and willingness to incorporate feedback PROJECT EXPECTATIONS I expect the assignment to require approximately three to five hours. Please do not exceed five hours without receiving approval first. The project should include an initial design presentation and up to two reasonable revision rounds.
