Custom 65.5" Wall-to-Wall Display Bar Design & Hardware Shopping List

Project Overview: I am looking for a designer to source a wall-to-wall cross bar system to span a 65.5-inch gap in my living room. This bar will be used to display 4 large, heavy cowbells with a combined total weight of 48.5 lbs. The entire system must look highly aesthetic and premium, intentionally fitting into the style of the surrounding living area rather than looking like industrial utility piping. Scope of Work: 1. Cohesive Material & Finish Selection: Propose 2-3 high-end aesthetic finishes capable of spanning 65.5 inches without sagging under a 48.5 lb load, matching the room's and/or bells' current design language. 2. Structural Mounting Design: Identify sleek, heavy-duty wall flanges and heavy-duty anchors/lag screws that match the bar's finish. Because the span is 65.5 inches, evaluate if a central support bracket or an integrated wood backing plate is required for safety. 3. Sourced Shopping List: Provide a comprehensive shopping list containing exact product names, exact bar diameter/thickness, and hardware specifications. The list must include specific sources and direct purchase links to reliable online merchants. Project Constraints & Specifications: - Total Span: Exactly 65.5 inches (wall-to-wall mounting). - Total Load: 48.5 lbs static weight, distributed across 4 hanging points. - Specific Framing Constraints: On the drywall side, there are vertical wall studs running exactly 2.5 inches and 9.75 inches out from the back wall. The mounting hardware or backing plate must align safely with these specific structural points.
