Summary Downtown Orlando Pizza Restaurant – Professional Website Design & Development (Local SEO + Toast Integration) About Us Panino's Pizza & Pasta is an established New York-style pizza restaurant located in Downtown Orlando, Florida, proudly serving the community since 2008. We have recently completed a major renovation of our restaurant and are now looking to build a modern, professional website that reflects the quality of our brand and helps grow our business online. This is not a simple template website project. We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer or small agency with proven experience building high-quality restaurant websites that combine excellent design, outstanding user experience, and strong local SEO. Our goal is to create one of the best restaurant websites in Central Florida. Project Objectives The new website should help us: Increase direct online orders Improve our Google search rankings Generate more phone calls Attract lunch customers from Downtown Orlando Attract late-night customers Build a strong and recognizable restaurant brand Deliver an exceptional mobile experience Support future marketing and advertising campaigns Scope of Work Part 1 – New Standalone Website Design and develop a modern, high-quality restaurant website that includes: Fully custom or heavily customized design (no generic restaurant templates) Mobile-first responsive design Fast loading performance Professional UX/UI SEO-friendly architecture built from the ground up Easy content management Secure and scalable platform Google Analytics and Google Search Console setup (or implementation guidance) Integration with our existing Toast online ordering platform The website will serve as our primary marketing website while Toast remains our online ordering platform. Part 2 – Toast Website Cleanup We already use Toast Online Ordering. We are not replacing Toast. However, we would like to improve the appearance of our Toast ordering pages as much as the platform allows. This includes: Better branding consistency Improved visual presentation Better food photography placement Better menu organization Consistent colors and typography A seamless transition between our website and the Toast ordering experience Both platforms should feel like one cohesive brand. Describe your Local SEO strategy for a restaurant like ours. Recommend the platform you believe is best for this project and explain why. Confirm whether your design will be fully custom or template-based. Explain how you would approach improving the appearance of our Toast ordering pages. Provide an estimated project timeline, including design, development, testing, and launch. Provide a milestone-based payment schedule. Provide a complete fixed-price proposal. Clearly explain what is included and what is not included in your proposal. List any ongoing monthly or annual costs after launch (hosting, maintenance, platform fees, plugins, etc.). Confirm that we will own 100% of the website, source files, design assets, accounts, and code upon final payment. Describe your post-launch support and maintenance options.
