Custome CM5 Carrier Board

We are looking for an experienced PCB Hardware Design Engineer to design a professional carrier board for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5). The project includes schematic capture, PCB layout, design verification, and manufacturing-ready deliverables. The board features high-speed interfaces including USB 3.0, dual HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, MIPI CSI/DSI, USB Type-C power input, and GPIO expansion, requiring solid knowledge of signal integrity and multilayer PCB design. ## Scope of Work - Design the complete schematic for a Raspberry Pi CM5 carrier board. - Create a 4-6 layer PCB optimized for high-speed digital interfaces. - Integrate: - Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 connector - Dual HDMI outputs - USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 interfaces - Gigabit Ethernet with PHY, magnetics, and RJ45 connector - USB Type-C power input - MIPI CSI and DSI connectors - microSD card interface (if required) - 40-pin GPIO expansion header - Fan connector, power button, and status LEDs - Power regulation, protection, and filtering circuits - Perform proper routing for: - USB 3.0 differential pairs - HDMI TMDS differential pairs - Ethernet differential pairs - MIPI CSI/DSI high-speed lanes - Ensure compliance with good signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and DFM practices. - Generate complete manufacturing documentation. ## Required Skills - Raspberry Pi Compute Module (CM4/CM5) hardware design - High-speed multilayer PCB layout - USB 3.0 design - HDMI interface design - Gigabit Ethernet hardware design - MIPI CSI/DSI routing - Differential pair routing and length matching - Power supply design - KiCad, Altium Designer, or EasyEDA Pro - DRC/ERC verification - PCB manufacturing and assembly preparation ## Deliverables - Editable schematic files - Editable PCB layout files - Gerber files - Drill files - BOM - Pick & Place (CPL) files - PDF schematics - Assembly drawings - Fabrication drawings - ERC/DRC error-free design ## Preferred CAD Tools - Kicad - EasyEDA Pro Will provide more detailed requirements over a video call
