We're looking for an EXPERIENCED AI-Powered Customer Support Team to run support across our e-commerce operation. This is not a casual gig. We need people who already know customer support inside and out — and who leverage AI to work faster, sharper, and at scale. If you're still learning the basics, this isn't for you. THE ROLE You'll own the full customer support experience across our stores — handling customer inquiries end to end with speed, accuracy, and a professional tone. We run everything with AI, and we want you to do the same. You're expected to use AI tools to draft, triage, and resolve tickets fast — while keeping every response human, correct, and on-brand. AI does the heavy lifting; your judgment makes it right. We process payments through credit card and Visa only, so you must be genuinely comfortable handling payment-related support — order confirmations, declined payments, refunds, and above all chargeback prevention and dispute handling. This is core to the role, not a side task. WHAT WE REQUIRE You must have real, proven experience in e-commerce customer support. We're hiring experts — not training beginners. You should be: - Highly experienced in customer support (e-commerce / Shopify environment preferred) - Fluent in using AI tools to handle high ticket volume quickly and accurately - Sharp on payment issues — chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and card-related queries (CC / Visa) - Skilled with helpdesk platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, or similar) - Excellent written English — clear, professional, and empathetic - Fast, accountable, and self-driven — we don't chase people - Respectful to customers and the team alike (non-negotiable) HOW WE WORK We move fast and expect the same from you. Since you're an expert, we're counting on you to bring your own best practices and help shape how support runs — not wait to be handed a script. You'll have full visibility into our process, and the better you perform, the more you take on and the faster you grow with us.
