Customer.io Architect:

We are a multi-tenant B2B platform managing communications for various organizations and their associated users. Currently, our Customer.io environment is suffering from structural technical debt. We have historically treated the platform as a flat data model rather than a relational one, resulting in massive layout bloat (80+ layout files) and hardcoded routing logic. We are looking for a senior Customer.io architect to audit our current setup, design a scalable relational schema using Custom Objects, and refactor our layouts and campaigns to be fully dynamic. Who You Are: 1. You are a systems thinker who treats Customer.io like a relational database, not just a marketing tool. 2. You have deep, verifiable experience implementing and scaling Custom Objects for B2B or multi-tenant SaaS platforms. 3. You write clean, highly efficient Liquid code and understand how to manage inline CSS pre-processing at scale. 4. You can clearly communicate architectural trade-offs to engineering and product stakeholders.
