Customer Chat Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner. Assist customers with account, product, and service-related questions. Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow company guidelines and support procedures. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary. Requirements: Strong English written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, email support, or chat support is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations. Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency in using email, chat platforms, and basic computer applications. Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
