Customer Discovery Interview Participant – Email Marketing Professionals ($50)

We're conducting research with professionals who manage email marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. This is not a product demo or sales call. We're interested in learning how you currently build and manage email campaigns, personalize messages, create customer segments, and solve technical challenges related to email automation. Requirements: - Currently work in email marketing or marketing automation - Experience with customer segmentation and personalized email campaigns - Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar - Comfortable participating in a 60-minute Zoom interview - Fluent in English Interview Details: - 60-minute video interview - Conducted over Zoom - Research only (no sales) With your permission, the session will be recorded for research purposes. Compensation is $50 USD for your time, paid promptly after the interview.
